Marston Holdings (Marston) is pleased to announce that Daniela Quicksilver has joined the Group as Corporate Strategy Director.

Daniela previously worked at Rothschild, where she worked for the private debt fund, Five Arrows Credit Solutions. She was closely involved with the fund’s investment in Marston, and therefore has nearly three years’ experience working with the Group.

Daniela began her career at J.P. Morgan, where she worked on mergers, acquisitions and capital raisings for financial institutions in London and New York. Following on from J.P. Morgan, Daniela was a Principal at VCP Advisors.

As Corporate Strategy Director, Daniela will be closely involved with:

• development of the business plan;
• review and development of the Group’s management information;
• identification and evaluation of potential acquisitions; and
• communication to internal and external stakeholders.

Daniela commented:

“The outsourcing market has a clear need for more mid-sized alternatives to the large outsourcers, and Marston is well positioned to extend the range of services it offers to its central and local government clients.

The extent to which ethics and values underpins the Marston business strategy was a key factor in me joining the business, as was its relentless focus on meeting evolving client requirements.”

Marston Holdings Chief Executive, Gareth Hughes, commented:

“I am delighted to welcome Daniela to Marston at an important stage in the Group’s evolution. Her experience and skillsets will be invaluable as we invest further in the quality of services we provide to our clients.”
